Pav Bhaji Features:

 

·         Cook, peel and mash about 250g potatoes. Soak 50g green peas. Cook until tender and keep aside.

·         Heat 100g of butter. Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 50g chopped onion, 75g chopped capsicum and sauté for 3-4 min.

·         Now add 250g chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Add 2 tsp (15g) MTR Pavbhaji Masala and 1/2 tsp red chili powder.

·         Add mashed potato, cooked peas and salt to taste. Add water to get desired consistency and simmer for 5 min.

·         Add lemon juice to taste. Add mashed beetroot, cauliflower if desired.

·         Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Pav, Bread or Chapati.
