Pulao Features:
· Garnish with browned onion rings and cashewnuts. Serve hot with yogurt.
· Cook 250g rice (preferably Basmati) ensuring each grain is separate and keep aside.
· Cook 500g of chopped vegetables like carrot, beans, peas, etc. and keep aside.
· Heat 4 - 5 tsp ghee and sauté 1tsp of ginger-garlic paste.
· Add 250g of chopped onion, few cashewnut and fry till golden brown. Add the cooked vegetables.
· Add 4 - 5 tsp (20g) MTR Pulao Masala, salt to taste, cooked rice and mix well. Add lemon juice if desired and serve hot.
