Chicken Srew


Chicken Srew Ingredients:

Chicken with bones – 250 gms,
 potatos – 1 nos,
carrots – 1 nos,
onions – 100gms,
 salt to taste,
coconut milk – 200ml.
 
Chicken Srew tempering:

Oil - 2 tbsp,
onions – 1 tbsp,
green chillies – 4 nos,
 ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp,
coriander leaves – 2 tbsp,
curry leaves – a few ,
turmeric powder – a pinch.

Chicken Srew Preparation:

Take chicken with bones and wash it well and put it in a vessel.Keep the pan on the stove and pour the oil in it and add the ginger, garlic paste, green chillies and sauté well.To this mixture add the chicken with bones and pour water add turmeric powder and cook the chicken. When the chicken is half cooked add potatos, carrot pieces and salt and mix well add chopped onions and cover the chicken.When everything is almost done add coconut milk and mix well and cook in slow fire. If flame is more the coconut milk will get curdled. Finish the dish by garnishing with coriander leaves and curry leaves remove from fire and serve hot.
