Kolzi Kari Aadi Ingrediants:

Chicken – 150 gms,
grated coconut – 2 tbsp,
tumeric powder – 1 tsp,
 coriander leaves – 1 tbsp,
 garam masala – 1 tsp,
salt – to taste,
oil for frying ,
chilli powder – 2 tsp.
 
Kolzi Kari Aadi Preparation:

Soak the rice in water for four hours. Grind the rice make the butter in the same consistency of the idly latter. Take deboned chicken cok and keep it aside. In a vessel take rice flour, grated coconut chilli powder, tumeric powder, garam masala, salt coriander leaves (Chopped), two tbsp of oil and mix well and soak for half an hour, cover it and keep it aside. The soaking time can also be increased.Keep the griddle on top of the stove and spread oil on the top of it. Take a little dough on the griddle and press it evenly all the sides with the help of the hand. Turn over when one side is cooked so that both sides are cooked.For easy pressing four few more drops of oil on top. Serve hot.
