Kozhi Bhajji
Kozhi Bhajji


Kozhi Bhajji Ingredients:
 
Breast piece chicken – 500 gms,
Besan flour – 200gms,
rice flour – 1 tsp,
Chilli powder – 3 tsp,
Ajivan powder – 1 tsp,
Tumeric powder – 1 tsp,
orange colour powder – 1 tsp,
salt – to taste,
Baking soda – 1 tsp, oil – for frying.
 

Kozhi Bhajji Preparation:

Besan flour, Rice flour, Ajivan powder, turmeric powder orange colour powder and mix well and make it in the consistency of idli batter.Take the breast piece of chicken and cut into thin long strips wash and squeeze without water add salt, chilli powder mix well and keep for morination. So the besan flour mixture finally add salt, baking soda, if they are added first it well observe more oil while frying. Heat oil and dip the chicken in the batter and deep fry it. Stir it occasionally & cook it. Remove the chicken baji when it is fully cooked & strain the oil and keep it aside. Always fry in medium fire. If cooked in more fire only the top partion will be cooked and it wont be cooked inside.
It will be very tasty with tea as snack.
