Kozhi Kari Dosai -Chicken Dosa


Kozhi Kari Dosai Ingredients:

Chicken – 200gms,
refined flour – 250 ms,
ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp,
grated carrots – 1 tbsp,
Salt – to taste,
 green chillies – 4 nos,
oil – for frying,
rice flour – 1 tbsp,
curd – 1 tbsp.

 Kozhi Kari Dosai Preparation:

Take deboned chicken cook it and grind it into a paste.Mix chicken paste, refined flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste curd, grated carrots, chopped green chillies, salt add water make it in the consistency of dosa better and cover and keep it aside for half an hour.Keep the griddle on the stove heat it add oil take the better and spread it evenly on the griddle. Pour few drops of oil on the top. When one side is cooked take it and keep it in a vessel. It will be very tasty if eaten with hot coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
