Kozhi Vadai (Chicken Vadai)
Kozhi Vadai (Chicken Vadai)


Kozhi Vadai Ingredients:
 
Chicken – 250 gms,
drumstick leaves – a handful,
 red gram dhal – 50 gms,
 Bengal gram dhal – 100 gms,
onion – 2 nos,
green chillies – 6 nos,
ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp,
salt – to taste, oil for frying.

 Kozhi Vadai Preparation:

Soak Bengal gram and red gram in water half an hour and grind coarsely.Debone the chicken and cook it and remove the skin and keep it aside clean the drumstick leaves wash and chop it.Chop the onions and green chillies. Mix together  chicken green chillies, drum stick leaves, grams, ginger garlic paste and onions mix well and finally add salt to the chicken mixture and mix well and press the mixture in the farm of vadai and keep it in a banana leaf.Heat oil, when oil is hot put the pressed vadais fry and when both sides are golden brown remove and serve hot. These would be tasty if eaten with tea as snack.
