Bread Chicken Roast Ingredients:
Bread slice – 10 Nos,
Chicken – 250 gms,
vinegar – 1 tsp,
chilli powder – 1 tsp,
ginger paste – 1 tsp,
salt – to taste,
oil – for frying
Bread Chicken Roast Preparation:
Sauté chicken with vinegar, chilli powder, ginger paste and salt together in a pan. Cool the above mixture and grind to a fine paste.Spread the above mixture on one side of a slice of bread and keep another slice of bread on top of this slice like a sandwich.Heat griddle and pour little oil on it and toast the prepared bread on both the sides so that it is bring toasted properly. Do the above for all the slices of the bread.Golden brown slices of bread will be tasty to eat and it will also be crispy, children will love eating these.
