Capsicum Chicken Ingredients:
Chicken – 750 gms,
capsicum – 150 gms,
refined flour – 1 tbsp,
soya sause – 2 tbsp,
spring onions – 1 bunch,
carn flour – 1 tbsp,
oil – 2 tbsp,
salt – to taste.
Capsicum Chicken Tempering:
Cloves – 6 Nos,
Chopped ginger,
garlic paste - 1 tbsp,
Onions – 1 tbsp.
Capsicum Chicken Preparation:
Cut chicken into medium sized pieces and wash well. Put the chicken in a vessel add 100ml of water and salt and cook the chicken and keep it aside.Chop the spring onions into very fine pieces cut the capksicum into square. Keep the pan on the stove add oil and put cloves and fry it and put the cooked chicken also and sauté well.After sauting add the chopped ginger, garlic, onions, spring onions and sauté well. Add chicken stock and soya sauce and allow to boil.Mix carnflour in a little amount of water and pour it in the above mixture. When water is evaporated remove from fire and serve hot.
