Chicken Masala Fry Ingredients:
Chilli powder – 3 tsp,
chicken – 500 gm,
garlic paste – 2 tsp,
salt – to taste,
egg – 1,
cumin powder – 1 tsp,
oil - for frying
Chicken Masala Fry Preparation:
v Take the chicken wash well and squeeze it to the chicken add chilli powder, garlic paste, salt, cumin powder and mix well.
v Heat the pan put the chicken mixture add 100ml of water and cook when half cooked cook the chicken in slaw fire. Remove and cool it. Take the chicken pieces alone and keep them separately.
v Beat egg well add the chicken pieces to it and mix well. Heat oil when hot add the chicken and egg mixture.
v Fry till golden brown and remove from oil and drain it. In this fry the masala taste will be well mixed with the chicken. So everybody will like this fry.
In special hosts this can be served with tea as snack.
