Chicken Pancake
Chicken Pancake

Chicken Pancake Ingredients:

Debonned chicken  - 250 gms,

pepper powder – 1 tsp,

refined flour – 100gms,

milk – 100ml,

bread crumbs – needed quantity,

Egg – 1 nos,

capsicum – 1 nos,

 salt – to taste

 grated carrot – 100 gms,

grated cabbage – 100gms.


Chicken Pancake tempering:

Oil – for frying,

ginger paste – 1 tsp,

green chillis – 4 nos,

onions – 1 tsp.

Chicken Pancake Preparation:

Take the debonned chicken clean it well and mince the meat nicely.Heat the pan pour oil and add the chopped onions, green chillies, ginger paste and sauté well add the  chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage, minced meat and salt and sauté well. After meat is cooked remove from fire.Mix together refined flour, salt, beaten egg, milk, and keep it aside.Keep a non-stick tawa on the slower add oil and spread the oil. Pour a spoonful of batter on the tawa and spread it evenly like dosa and cover the tawa. Without turning the dosa keep it aside with one side cooked. Make it into a small dosa. On top of the dosa keep the chicken mixture and roll it.Mix the refined flour in water of pouring consistency and dip the meat dosa into it and dip it in the bread crumbs and fry it in oil. After the pan cake becomes golden brown remove from oil.Kadai cake can also be eaten as a breakfast dish or eaten with tea in the evenings.
