Chicken Roast


Chicken Roast Ingredients:


Chicken – 100gms,

Red Chillies – 5 nos,

Tamarind – a small amount,

salt – to taste,

mustard seeds – 1 tsp, 

split black gram – 1 tsp,

curry leaves – a few

 For tempering:

Oil – 1 tbsp,

cumin seeds – 1 tbsp.

 Chicken Roast Preparation:

Take the deboned and squeeze them.Keep the pan on the stove add oil to it and the chicken pieces and fry. When the chicken is being done remove from fire.To a pan add oil and splutter the mustard seeds red chillies, split black gram, curry leaves and take it out from stove. To the fried chicken add all the above fried ingredients, tamarind and salt and remove from fire grand everything into a coarse mixture.Keep pan on the stove ass oil, fry cumin and ground coarse mixture and mix well and remove from fire.This dish can be used as a best accompaniment for idly, dosa and rice.
