Chicken Somosa Ingredients:
Chicken – 150 gms,
onions – 250 gms,
coriander leaves a handful,
green chillies – 4 nos,
cloves – 6 nos,
tomatos – 2 nos,
papad – needed quantity,
salt to tast,
oil – for frying,
diluted refined flour – needed quantity.
Chicken Somosa preparation:
Take deboned chicken wash it and mince the meat and keep it aside. Chap the onions, green chillies, coriander leaves and chopped tomatos.Keep pan on the stove add a little oil add cloves and chicken when you get a nice aroma remove from fire and cool it.Dip the round shaped papad in hot water and keep it aside. The papas will become soft, keep the chicken mixture on top of it and fold it with triangular shapes and with the help of refined flour paste stick the ends.Do the same for the rest of the chicken into samosas and when oil is ready for frying fry the samosas and make them golden brown in colour and remove.The chicken filling can be made and kept in refrigerators and can be used whenever needed.
