Chicken Soup Rice Ingredients:
Chicken soup – 250 gms,
pulao rice – 250 gms,
coconut milk – 250 ml,
salt – to taste,
sultanas – 1 tsp.
Chicken Soup Rice tempering:
Ghee – 2 tbsp,
cinnamon,
cloves – 6 nos,
cardamom – 4 nos,
green chillies – 5 nos,
onions – 1 tbsp,
ginger paste – 1 tbsp, c
oriander leaves – a small amount.
Chicken Soup Rice Preparation:
Keep a heavy bottomed pan on the stove pour ghee, when ghee is hot enough for frying add cinnamon , cloves, cardamom, chopped green chillies, onions, ginger paste and sauté.After sauting well add chicken soup, coconut milk and salt to this add thoroughly washed rice, mix it well and close the pan and do simmer cooking. Mix the mixture in between. After the rice is cooked fry the sultanas in ghee and add to rice and mix well and remove from fire.Eat rice with chicken kuruma it will be very tasty.
