Curd Masala Chicken Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 kg,
Onion paste – 3 tsp,
garlic paste – 2 tsp,
ghee – 3 tsp,
curd – 250 gms,
tomotas – 2 nos,
chilly powder – 1 tbsp,
coriander leaves a small amount,
salt - to taste,
garam masala – a little,
lemon – 1 nos,
dahnia powder – 1 tbsp.
Curd Masala Chicken Preparation:
Clean the chicken and cut the chicken into large pieces and wash them well and keep it aside.In a vessel take curd, salt, onion paste, garlic paste chilli powder, dhania powder and mix it well.In the curd masala add the chicken pieces and mix it well and keep it in the refrigerator for four hours.Take the soaked chicken pieces in a vessel add a little water and allow the chicken to cook. After the chicken is cooked and when curd becomes dry remove from fire.Keep a non stick tawa on the stove add ghee when ghee melts add the chicken pieces to it and fry it well.When the pieces turn brown add a small amount of garam masala and remove from fire.Serve chicken with sprinkled levon juice & coriander leaves.
