Fried Chicken Rice

Fried Chicken Rice Ingredients:

Chicken – 500 gms,

Garam Masal – 2 tsp,

Refined Flour – 2 tsp,

Corn flour – 2 tbsp,

pepper powder – 2 tsp,

 Cooking oil – 2 tsp,

Salt – to taste,

pulao Rice – 300 gms.


Fried Chicken Rice Tempering:

Chopped ginger & Garlic – 4 tsp,

Tomato puree – 1 sp,

chapped green chillies – 2 tsp,

spring onions – 2 tsp,

Chilli powder – 1 tsp,

Vinegar – 1 tbsp,

Sugar – 2 tsp,

Bay leaf – 1 No,

 Oil for frying.

Fried Chicken Rice Preparation:

Debone the chicken and wash well and cut it into square pieces mix it with pepper powder and keep it aside. Mix refined flour, carnflour, little amount of oil and make it into a paste. Dip the chicken pieces in the paste and fry it in the oil.Wash pulao rice well and drain the water ass a little amount of oil and fry it in the cooker. Cook rice with hot water in the ration of 1:2 when rice is done remove from fire and keep it aside.Heat pan add oil and then add the bay leaf, chapped garlic, ginger and green chillies,  soute well.To the above mixture add tomato puree, chilli powder, chopped spring onions, vinigar, sugar and salt and add 100ml of water and stir well and boil.Mix the above mixture with the cooked rice and add the fried chicken pieces with the rice and mix well and cover it for few minutes on slow fire and serve hot.
