Ginger Chicken Fry Ingredients:
Chicken â€“ 500 gms,
Ginger â€“ 50gms,
Turmeric powder â€“ 2 tsp,
vinegar â€“ 1 tsp,
salt â€“ to taste,
chilli powder â€“ 3 tsp,
oil for frying,
curry leaves â€“ a small amount.
Ginger Chicken Fry Preparation:
Take chicken with bones and cut it into small pieces and wash it well, squeeze the chicken and keep it aside.Remove skin of ginger and put it in mixie and take only the juice of ginger add turmeric powder, salt, viniger, chilli powder and chicken and mix it well, so that the masala coats and gets into the flesh of the chicken.The chicken should be soaked in the masala for one hour keep the iron pan on the stove and pour 50 ml of oil and fry the chicken and cover the pan for few minutes.After the chicken is half cooked mix well and add a small amount of oil, and fry until golden brown. Add curry leaves and remove from fire.This dish will never get spoilt even if it is kept for two days.
