Koli Milaku Kari Ingredients:
Chicken – 500 gms,
Tomato puree – 2 tsp,
Bay leaf – 1 nos,
Boiled onion paste – 1 tsp,
garlic paste – 1 tsp,
pepper powder – 2 tsp,
salt – to taste,
onion paste – 1 tsp.
Koli Milaku Kari tempering:
Oil – 1 tsp,
chopped onions – 1 tsp,
Imeric powder – 1 tsp,
green chillies – 2 nos,
coriander leaves – a small amount.
Koli Milaku Kari Preparation:
Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash it thoroughly. So the chicken add tomato puree, bay leaf, chopped onions, garlic paste, pepper powder, salt, boiled onion paste, mix it well and cook it.After the chicken is cooked remove from fire. Heat pan add oil add chopped onions, green chillis and fry till golden brown.Add turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves and now add the chicken mix well and cover the pan. Keep the chicken in very slow fire for few minutes remove from fire and serve hot.
