Inipu Seedai Ingredients:
Raw rice – 2 cup,
Jaggery – 2 cup powdered,
Roasted Bengal gram – ¼ cup,
Cardamom powder – 6 Nos,
Coconut – ½ Nos,
Oil for frying.
Inipu Seedai Preparation:
Soak the rice about half hour and then drain it and powder the drained rice and sieve it nicely.Grate the coconut and powder the Bengal gram.Make syrup from jaggery.Add the wet rice flour into syrup little by little mix well add the roasted Bengal gram powder and grated coconut mix well.Make small balls from rice flour mixture and fry it and serve it.
