Kadalai Parupu Poli Ingredients:
Bengal Gram – 1 cup,
Jaggery – ¾,
Refind flour – 1 ½ cup,
clarified butter / ghee – ½ cup,
cardamom – 4 Nos powdered,
turmeric – ½ tsp,
coconut grated – ½ cup.
Kadalai Parupu Poli Preparation:
Roast the Bengal gram until golden brown and soak and grind coarsely.Heat ghee fry coconut and add Bengal gram paste and mix well powder the jaggery.When its cooked add cardomom powder and remove from fire and cool then make small balls.Mix refind flor, turmeric, ghee water together and keep it aside for two hours.Then make it balls and make it flat keep it balls and ball in center and roll it . Fry this one in tava with ghee. And serve hot.\
