Kelveragu Puttu Ingredients:
Ragi – 1/2Kg,
coconut - 1 no,
sugar – 400 gm,
ghee – 5 tsp,
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp.
Kelveragu Puttu Preparation:
Clean ragi and powder it sprinkle water frequently and mix well. Sieve the mixed flour. Steam it in the idly vessal when it is cooked remove from fire and put it into a vessal. Add the grated coconut, sugar, ghee, cardamom powder and mix well. Kelcaraku puttu is ready.
