KummayamIngredients:
Split black gram – ½ cup,
Raw Rice – ¼ cup,
green gram dhal – 2 cup,
jaggery – ½ kg,
clarrifed butter / ghee – 200 gms.
Kummayam Preparation:
Roost split black gram, green gram and rice separately.Griad over thing together and sieve the flour.Add jaggery is totally dissolved is water and heat it. When the jaggery is totally disallowed is water strain it Add the sieved flour to the jaggery water mix well and make it in the consistency of dosa batter and heat it. Add ghee little by little frequently and mix well when the batter starts leaving the sides of the pan remove from fire.
