Mysore Pak Ingredients:
3 Bengal Gram flour – 1 cup,
Sugar – 2 ½ cup,
clarified butter – 2 cup.
Mysore Pak Preparation:
Roast the Bengal gram flour lightly.Heat the clarified butter.Add ¼ cup of water into sugar make sugar syrup to two string thickness.When the sugar syrup is done keep adding small small quantity of flour mix well keep in slow fire add ghee and mix well.Add regular interval keep adding the flour and ghee and mix well.When the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan pour it in a greased plate and make it into a leaves when cooked cut into pieces. This mysore pak will melt in the mouth when it is taken.
