Pasi Paruppu Puttu Ingredient:
Split green gram dhal – 2 cup,
jaggary – ½ cup (Powdered),
Sugar – 1 tbsp,
Grated coconut – ½ cup,
cardamom powder – 1 tsp.
Pasi Paruppu Puttu Preparation:
Clean and soat split green gram when soaked well grind it to a fine past use little amount of water while grinding. Cook the mixture in idly vessels and steam well and remove from fire and make it coarse when it is hot.Add water to jaggery and heat it when jaggery dissolved nicely remove from fire & strain well. Add the jaggery syrup to the coarsely powdered dhal mixture and mix well. Add grated coconut, sugar, cardamom powder to the mixture and mix well and serve hot.
