Rava Puttu Ingredients:
Semolina – 1 cup,
milk – 1 ½ cup,
sugar – 2 cup,
grated coconut – to taste,
ghee – ¾ cup,
cardamorn – 4 (powdered )
Rava Puttu Preparation:
Fry semolina slightly without changing the colour and cool the semolina.To the cooled semolina add ¼ tsp of salt and mix well cook for five minutes in steam then add 1 ½ cup of mix well. Cook for five minutes in steam then add sugar and ghee and mix well when it reaching the sandy texture remove from fire. Add grated coconut and serve.
