Rava Urundai Ingredients:
Semolina – 1 cup,
Sugar – 1 ¼ cup,
Ghee / clarified butter – ¾ cup,
cashewnut – 25 gm.
Rava Urundai Preparation:
Roast the semolina in a separate pan allows to cool.Mix semolina and sugar and powder it.Chop the cashew nuts and fry it in ghee.Add fried cashewnuts into powdered semolina and sugar.Heat ghee and when it is hot pour it over the powdered mixture.Make into balls when it is hot.
