Red Rice Puttu Ingredients:
Roasted and sieved flour – 1 cup,
sugar – to taste,
grated coconut – ¼ cup,
cardamom – 4 (powdered),
ghee – 2 tsp.
Red Rice Puttu Preparation:
Tate rice flour in a vessel and sprinkle water and mix well. (keep it for one hair for better result) Take the mixed flour and sieve well without any lumps. Do steam cooking take the cooked dough and add grated coconut, cardamom, and ghee mix well and serve. It will be very tasty. (Soak the red rice and drain well, dry, it and powder it well. Sieve and Roast the flour and sieve it again. Raw rice also can be used instead of red rice.)
