Dil Roti Ingredients:
Dil – 2 bunches,
Wheat flour – 1 cup,
Soya flour – 2 tbsp.,
Salt – to taste,
Garam masala – t1 tsp.,
Jeera powder – ½ tsp.
Dil Roti Preparation:
Clean and chop the greens, Mix both the flours and prepare a stiff dough with all the other ingredients and water. Make lime size balls out of the prepared dough and roll them and prepare rotis on a hot tawa. (non stick tava) Serve hot with plain curds.
