Spanich Roti Ingredients:
Spinach – 2 bundles,
Onion – 1 no. chopped,
Wheat flour – 1 cup,
Salt – to taste,
Jeera powder – ½ tsp.,
Chilli powder – ½ tsp.
Spanich Roti Preparation:
Clean and chop spinach into tiny pieces. Chop onion. Mix all the ingredients with required quantity of water and prepare stiff dough. Now, make small lemon size balls and roll them on a board into round shape and roat on a hot tawa. Calories : 287 kcals, Protein: 2.5g, Fat: 0.7g. |
