Stuffed Cauliflower Roti Ingredients:
Cauliflower – 2 tbsp. Florets,
Green Peas – 1 tbsp., Steamed,
Wheat flour – 1 cup,
Garam masala – ½ tsp.
Chilli powder – ½ tsp.,
Salt – to taste. Stuffed Cauliflower Roti Preparation:
Clean and chop the florets. (can grate also) Shell peas and steam till soft. (do not steam or cook the florets). Mix both the vegetables along with salt and masala powders and mash nicely by using fingers. Now, prepare dough with wheat flour and make round chappatis and stuff the filling and roll it softly.
