Cucumber – tbsp. chopped,
Carrots – 2 tbsp. grated,
Beetroot – 1 tbsp. grated,
Tomatoes – 1 tbsp. Chopped
Onion – 1 small chopped.,
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp chopped,
Grated coconut – 2 tbsp.,
Green chillies – 2 to 3 chopped,
Lime juice – tbsp.,
Salt – to taste,
Mustard seeds – for seasoning. Mixed Vegetables Salad Preparation:
