Sprouted Salad Ingredients:
Sprouts – 1 cup
Sprouted green gram,
Methi seeds,
Channa,
Ground nuts,
Chickpeas,
Lime Juice – 1 tbsp.
Salt – to taste,
Grated coconut – 1 tbsp.,
Green chillies – 2 nos. chopped,
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp. chopped.
Sprouted Salad Preparation:
Sprout all the grms and mixed along with the above mentioned ingredients and set it aside for a few minutes or refrigerate for about 15 to 20 minutes.
