Corn Soup Ingredients:
Tender corn – ½ cup.,
Onion – 1 no.,
Plain flour – 1 tsp.,
Milk – ½ cup,
Salt – to taste,
Pepper – ¼ tsp.
Corn Soup Preparation:
Pressure cook corn. Chop the onion and fry with very little butter till golden brown. Now, mix the fried onion, flour and milk to the cooked corn. Boil till all the ingredients blend well. Finally, add salt and pepper before serving. Calories: 150 kcals, Protein: 5.9g, Fat: 3.7 g.
