Pea Soup Ingredients:
Fresh peas – ½ cup,
Onion – 1 small,
Ginger – a small piece,
Garlic – 2 cloves,
Cumin powder – ½ tsp.,
Salt to taste, Pepper – 1 pinch,
Milk – 3 tbsp.
Pea Soup Preparation:
Chop onions and fry them till golden brown. Prepare paste out of ginger garlic nd fry along with onion. Pressure cook the fresh peas till soft. Now mix cooked peas along with the stock and fried onions and beat well till it mixes well. Finally, mix hot milk, salt, pepper power and cumin powder and boil for a minute.
