Red Pumpkin Soup Ingredients:
Red Pumpkin – 200 gms.,
Onion – 1 small,
Buy leaves - a few,
Pepper – a pinch,
Salt – to taste,
Lime juice – 1 tsp.
Red Pumpkin Soup Preparation:
Chop onion, peel and slice the pumpkin into small bits. Heat little butter in a pan and fry bay leaves and onions. When onions is done, add diced pumpkin, 1 cup of water and cook. Now, blend the cooked mixture into a fine puree. Add lime juice, salt and pepper and serve hot. Calories : 70 kcals, Protein: 3.3g, Fat: 0.2g.
