Rasam Powder Ingredients:
Coriander seeds 4 tbsps. Red chilies 1¼ cup Peppercorns ½ cup Red gram dal 3/4 cup Bengal gram dal 1/4 cup Cumin seeds ½ tbsp. Turmeric powder 1 tsp. Curry leaves 1 small bunch
Rasam Powder Preparation:
Roast and dry all the ingredients separately except the turmeric powder. Mix all the ingredients, powder fine in a liquidiser (mixie) adding the turmeric powder. Store in an airtight container and use when required. |
