Tandoori Masala Ingrediants:
Curd - 100 gms ginger & garlic paste - 3 tsp turmeric - 1/2 tsp cloves ,cinnamon, cardomom - 5 each jeera - 1/2 tsp red chillies - 10
Tandoori Masala Preparation:
Grind the above in a blender to make a smooth paste and marinate the chicken for about 3 - 4 hours |
