Chocolate Crunch Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup 8 Ounce Digestive Biscuits 4 Ounce Margarine 1 Tablespoon Drinking Chocolate 1 Tablespoon Granulated SugarTOPPING 4 Ounce Milk Chocolate or Plain Chocolate
Chocolate Crunch Preparation:
Lightly grease an 8" square tin. Crush digestive biscuits Melt the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan until everything is dissolved. Add the crushed biscuits and mix well. Press the mixture and flatten well with back of a tablespoon. Place the chocolate (topping) in a basin over a pan of hot water to melt. When the biscuit mix is cool cover with the melted chocolate. Mark and cut into squares when the chocolate has set.
