South Indian Canjee Ingredients :
Carrots - 50 gms Ground Mustard seeds 10 gms Water - 3 - 4cups Salt to taste Chilli powder - 11/4 tsp
South Indian Canjee Preparation :
Scrape and cut carrots into pieces of desired shapes. Add the carrots and mix the other ingredients to water. Store in earthernware pots or glass jars for 2 - 3 days to let them become soar. Serve it cold. |
