Chicken Pickle Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
3 tbsp garlic paste
3 tbsp ginger paste
3 tbsp garam masala
4-5 tbsp chili powder
1/2 cup lime juice
3 cups oil
5 tbsp salt
Chicken Pickle Preparation:
Cut the chicken into very small pieces with bone and marinate it in ginger garlic paste and salt for 2 hours. heat the oil in a deep bottomed vessel when the oil is very hot deep fry the chicken pieces till they are fried well and a bit firm After all the chicken is fried Heat some oil add chili powder , garam masala and the fried chicken pieces to it and mix well. When it is completely cool add the lime juice and mix well. Store it in the refrigerator in a tight container
