Indian style Pasta
Indian style Pasta


Indian style Pasta Ingredients:
 

Pasta - 400 gms

onions - 2

tomatoes - 4

green chillies - 3

ginger & garlic paste - 2 tsp

tomato sauce - 5 tsp

coriander leaves

Lemon juice - 2tsp

olive oil - 100 gms
Jeera
shredded cheese - 50 gms
chilli powder & salt to taste

 

Indian style Pasta Preparation:

 

Heat some olive  oil in  a pan,  Add the jeera, green chillies, onions fry them well. Then add the tomatoes to it, then after the tomatoes fry then add the chilli powder, salt and the tomato sauce.Then Finally close the flame and add the lemon,  coriander leaves and the shredded cheese. Take a large vessel full of water, add the pasta to it. Let it cook well for about 20 minutes.Then fish the pasta out of the water and add it to the sauce.

 
Tip :
 
Do not drain the boiled pasta, fishing out makes the pasta not from being sticky to one another. Olive oil and cheese brings a lot of flavor.
