Pepper Chicken Ingredients:
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Ginger - 15 gms
Pepper - 6 tsp
Coriander powder - 5 tsp
Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Chicken - 100 gms
Pepper Chicken Preparation:
Cut one onion into big cubes and the other onion into thin strips. Heat some oil in a pan and add the onion cut into big cubes, fry them until they become golden brown. Add coriander powder to the frying mixture. Then finally add the ginger, turmeric powder and pepper to it grind them well in the mixer. Heat some oil in a pan, add the onions & curry leaves cut into strips and when it becomes golden brown, add the tomatoes. Then finally when the tomatoes are cooked add the chicken. Reduce the flame and add the paste & salt. Let the paste simmer with the chicken for about 45 minutes with close lid. But keep stirring with an interval of 5 minutes. Finally add the coriander leaves
Tip:
If the masala seems to stick to the bottom add some oil to the masala.
