Mutton Gravy Ingredients:
1) Mutton - 200 gms
2) Ginger & garlic paste -2 tsp
3) Cloves, cinnamon, cardamom - 4 each
4) Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
5) Red chilies -8
6) Coconut - 5 tsp
7) Sombu - 1 tsp
8) Onion - 2
9) Tomatoes - 2
10) Coriander powder - 1tsp
11) Coriander leaves
12) Mint leaves
13) Garam masala - 1 tsp
Mutton Gravy Preparation:
Add 1/4 of one onion with the coconut, the spices, and red chilies. Grind them well; don’t add too much water to it. Heats some oil in a pan add the mustard seeds, the curry leaves, the cut onions. Fry them well when the onions are golden brown add the tomatoes. Add the mutton pieces along with turmeric powder, let the mutton cook well for 35 minutes. Add the ground paste and mint leaves. Tip:
You can know that your gravy is done, when the oil separates from the gravy.
