Dal Bholi Ingredients:
1 cup of Chana dal - Cooked not too well, drain all the water completely
Cardamom - 6
Sugar - 1 cup
Coconut - 16 tsp
Mix all the above well together, makes them into small balls,
Maida flour - 2 cups
Oil - 10 tsp
Salt to taste
Dal Bholi Preparation:
In a large bowl add the maida and the salt along with the oil and make it into a nice flour, add more oil if needed, and keep it aside. Then take little dough and flatten it with hand and add a small ball of the stuffing inside and close it completely and try to spread it out with hand with moisten it with oil.
