Dates Halwa Ingredients:
200 gm Dates (seedless)
1 tsp Wheat flour
4 tsp Brown Sugar
Pinch of Cardamom
Ghee
Cashew nuts
Dates Halwa Preparation:
Soak the dates fruits in the water for 1 hour after washing. Grind into a paste, with a little amount of water. Fry 1 tsp of wheat flour till it turns light brown; add this paste, with 3 tsp water. Add 4 tsp of sugar in it. Stir it for 10 minutes, in the interval adds some ghee and removes it until it is sticky. Fry the cashew nuts and cardamom in the ghee and put it in the dates Halwa.
