Kesari Ingredients:
Rava - 3 cups
Ghee - 30 gms
Cardamom - 3
Food color - 1 tsp
Sugar - 4 cups
Cashew nuts - 5 gms
Dried grapes - 4 gms
Kesari Preparation:
Heat the ghee in a pan and add the cardamom to it and add the rava. Fry them well, and then add the Sugar and after the sugar lets water, add 1 cup of water. Let them cook well, now add the food color. And when the keasari becomes thick close the stove. In another pan heat some ghee and add the cashew nuts and dries grapes. And add them to the kesari.
