Laskora Ingredients:
Coconut - 4 cups
Jaggery - 4cups
Cardamom - 2
Ghee - 8 tsp
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Laskora Preparation:
Mix them well with 11/2 cup of water and knead it well with 1 tsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt and then keep them aside for about 15 minutes. Mix the stuffing ingredients together and then cook it with the ghee until the ghee separates from the stuffing. Then roll the dough made and keep 1 tsp of stuffing and then close the dough to cover the stuffing and deep fry them.
