Mallidha Sweet
Ingredients
Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Grate coconut - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Water to boil
Elachi powder - 2-3 pinch
Method:
Mix maida with salt and water and make like chappati dough make small balls and make small chappatis. Mean while boil 2 ltrs of water
Put a chappati into the water when it is cooked the chappati will float in water.
Now mix the coconut,sugar and elachi place it on the boiled mallidha roll it and serve hot.
