Sweet Pongal Ingredients:
Cane Sugar – 400 gms
Ghee – 100 gms
Rice – 4 cups
Saffron – a pinch
Milk – ½ litre
Cashewnuts –10 gms
Sweet Pongal Preperation:
In a heated vessel add ghee to the vessel ,cashewnuts , then add cane sugar . Wait until the sugar carmelises
Add the milk let the milk boil . Add the rice , and let it cook, reduce the flame and let the rice cook . Then add the saffron |
