Bajra Roti Ingredients:
Bajra flour 2 cups Sugar i tsp
Salt to taste
Bajra Roti Preperation:
Form a dough using flour,sugar, salt and enough water.Make sizes balls out of the dough.Flatten each ball into a round shape with your hands.take tava and heat it well.Now place the roti on this tava and cook on both sides till done.Repeat for the remaining dough. |
